[Issues] 11/14 (Thu) Known Issues - PC Client (11/19 Partially Resolved) [216]
PLAY THE ANIMATION! Epic Seven!
Hello Heirs. This is GM Dominiel.
The following issues were discovered during the pre-release of the PC client on 11/14 (Thu).
1> An issue where the PC client occasionally freezes on the game start screen or title screen when launched
→ If this issue occurs, the game can be accessed normally after a certain period of time while the screen remains frozen.
→ This issue is currently being addressed, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
2> An issue where the 5★ Moonlight Hero Recruitment event banner does not display correctly when clicked in the PC environment
- An issue where the event details do not appear in the event popup when clicking on the [Lobby > "5★ Moonlight Hero Recruitment Event" lobby banner]
- An issue where the event details do not appear when clicking on the [Lobby > Event Icon > "5★ Moonlight Hero Recruitment Event" banner]
→ You can view the event details by clicking the [All Event Details] on the right side of the event popup, then [5★ Moonlight Hero Recruitment].
→ This issue is currently being addressed, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
3> An issue where the [Share] button does not appear in the Hero and Equipment detail screens
→ This issue is currently being addressed, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
→ Fixed with the 11/15 (Fri) patch.
4> An issue where a Hero shared through chat in the mobile environment cannot be viewed in the PC environment chat
→ This issue is currently being addressed, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
→ Fixed with the 11/15 (Fri) patch.
5> An issue where the screen displays abnormally after changing the resolution to [1440 x 900] in window mode and then switching back to full-screen mode
→ This issue is currently being investigated, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
6> An issue where logging in with the same account on mobile after logging in on the PC causes both the PC and mobile environments to log out
→ This issue is currently being investigated, and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
7> (New) An issue where the game does not launch when pressing [Play] on the launcher
→ This issue occurs if the [Visual Studio 2022 x64 Redist Online Installation Version] file was not installed during the Epic Seven installation.
→ To resolve this issue, you can either reinstall Epic Seven or download and install the required program from the link below.

8> (New) An issue where the game fails to launch when attempting to access from an inactive account in a PC environment
→ This issue occurs when logging into a PC environment for the first time with an account that has been inactive for over a year.
→ Solution: Please log in to the account on a mobile device at least once before trying to access the game again on the PC.
9> (New) An issue where launching the game in a PC environment may display an [AR-404000] error, preventing the game from starting.
→ This issue occurs when the installation path (folder name) for Epic Seven is set in a language other than English.
→ Solution: Please completely uninstall the game and reinstall it in an English installation path (folder name).
10> (Added on 11/15) An issue where an error message [CL-9099] would appear and the installation process would fail if the installation path (folder name) contained a language other than English when changing the game installation path in a PC environment.
→ Please proceed with the installation using an installation path (folder name) in English.
→ Fixed through the launcher patch on 11/18 (Mon).
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during the pre-release of the PC client.
We will continue to inform our Heirs regarding these issues via this notice.

I can't even play the game, it'll do the install, I'll click play and then it'll say install 90% and then close the app and everything and it just loops.
Doesn't matter if i uninstall and reinstall, nor does the x64 redist file matter as i already had it installed, repaired it and uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
Help! I had 3200 skystone his morning, got 800 from arena....4000 right?...didnt atually look....so log in 5 minutes ago and i have 2200....what in the world please help, takes me forever to build em up!
I can't make a desktop shortcut of Epic Seven, I click it and nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling programs and repairing them, all to no avail.
Every time i start to get a good run (for me) going in hall of trials, i start lagging bad and usually lose connection. I can play all day in anything and its all good...only in hall of trials

This dosen't work! The stove launcher dosen't recognize the install of Visual Studio 2022 x64!
U see her the installed button is grey after the install of vc_redist.x64.exe
and when i click next i get this message:
I try the install of the stove launcher and vc_redist.x64.exe several times.
The result is allways the same. The stove launcher dosen't recognize the install of Visual Studio 2022 x64!
WHY? So when i click next and install the game and click play the launcher close... no error message
yeah this is what happens to me, did you ever figure it out?
whenever i hit play, the game opens up but only a black window screen appears. there's the title screen sound and i can click on the screen and hear the sound of a click in game.
i tried waiting for a bit but nothing happens
There's an issue when you try to create a desktop shortcut from the client nothing happens!
And when you turn off Run STOVE on startup it still runs when you turn on your computer as well.
from 1 week il try to update the game and everytime he crash.
Whenever I hit "Install" on the stove launcher, the launcher crashes completely
now it just freezes on smilegate logo wtf is this trash pc client

Instale o launcher em coreano, isso vai resolver.
i tried install the Visual C++ but the stove launcher still doesn't detect it being "installed"
New problem now on phone I can't access as of right now. Hopefully they're working to fix this, SG pls let us in.
I have same issue but my problem star 3 days ago so yea... We need hope that they gonna fix it ;-;
on my cellphone its doesnt login, always get login fail
I thought I was the only one. Idk why either. Maybe just server issues or SG fixing something mayhaps.
I got an error during installation, used a VPN (I used 1.1.1.1 w/ WARP). Problem fix for me, hope it help
