Can't download resources after reinstalling the game

Can't download resources after downloading. My game crashes occsasionally when using AOE skills (Eda s2, Specimen sez s2, Peira s2). I uninstalled and redownload the to see if it gets fixed but for some reason it keeps on failing to download resources
