so I don't know if this is happening on my devices only but i cannot reset the password of my secondary acct, In the first place i tried on my emulators and nothing works and second when i try directly on my mobile device and choose to listen to the captcha it gives me 6 random letters/numbers when you play the audio so it is not the image that you see or the audio that you hear how am i supposed to get my account back, it's been almost 2 weeks. And i have used the one password since forever and I KNOW it shows the email with a capital letter this was just the first time i tried, i spell it correctly since then and it doesnt work, customer service cannot help me because even tho i provided all info the screenshot of the first purchase might be the incorrect one since i use two accounts. can anyone try to reset the password for me all i need is to have the request sent to this email no-one is getting access to the email or the account itself.. just to see if you can bypass the stupid captcha verification.
