Arena Demotion with 6700+ points [23]
Can somebody clear this up for me maybe? . If CHAMP V has a flat requirement of 5000 points (no ranking needed) - then why am I demoted down to CHALLENGER, after finishing with 6700+ points.

Starting previous season, adjustments will no longer occur during the weekly calculation and will only take place at the beginning of a new regular season. The rank adjustment intervals at the start of the regular season are as follows:

3DFXYeah your fine. Was wondering the same thing, but somebody always has to act rude about simple questions. I personally don't have time to play as often as I like and often go months without playing so how would a person like me know about all these updated unless I litterally go out of my way to research every relevant change. It's forum for questions and and other stuff, what's the matter with these people being so snarky about a simple misunderstanding? Am I being too serious? I'm wondering the same thing. In fact I haven't been promoted above Champ V when I had more than enough points Qualifying actually for Champion 1 but instead demoted to Challenger. Very strange and I'm going to file a ticket if this post dosnt lead to an answer.
Bcoz you cant read, you need to have both rank and points to be promoted.

Yknow there is a chance that players who don't play often as "YOU" might not realize these changes because of things like work and what not. Get a life.
