T-Surin & Harsetti passive relationship? [1]
As you guy know, Harsetti has been roaming a lot in arena these days, and people have been coming up with strategies to counter her but still quite hard for new players.
As I have T-Surin, I think her passive could proc, cleanse and push herself up after Harsetti turn.
But in the actual game, T-Surin just cleanse herself without proc her CR push.
I don't know if this is either a bug, or actually Harsetti mechanic to Prevent all CR push in her turn, and after the next character turn begin. But I think SG need to either change Harsetti passive description or do something about it
What do you guy think?
The same happen for Dilibet, etc.

I understand the confusion but it's not a bug,
because at the end of the caster's turn still considered the caster's turn until the start of a new turn
in short, no one can get any CR push until someone else turns start after Harsetti
