Justice for all change

Justice for all is too unpredictable in buffs it applies,

I suggest two versions, justice for all which provides defensive buffs and justice for me or completely different name which provides offensive buffs. Please consider this change and thank you for reading!

Maybe even change if so at the start of the casters turn gains a random offensive buff and at the end of the turn provides a defensive one, this change would prevent the need for two different artifacts, and could change the buffs it applies to prevent too many buffs from stacking?
