Unlock your gear first I had the same issue, locked gear doesn’t show inside the reset gear UI
It is not a bug. Just a dumb decision from SG. When you go to reset gear you only see UNLOCKED gear. So all the gear you have locked won't show when you wish to reset a piece of gear.
Find the gear piece and unlock it. It will be visible again.
