Harsetti is a unit that is being used preferably in slow team compositions due to every other unit being limited to 90% of her speed at the start of battle. * As such, there is no minimum speed requirement, with the exception when facing another Harsetti herself during regular arena which will be explained later.

Artifact choices based on observation in RTA and regular Arena (Popularity ranking from left to right):

4* Tagehel's Ancient Book < 4* Sira-Ren < 5* Fairy Tale for a Nightmare < 5* Magic Bubble Maker = 5* Abyssal Crown

For starters , you can build Harsetti with any gear that focus primarily on Health and Effectiveness as much as possible without concerning on set bonuses (for casual players). Aim to reach at least 23K Health and 85% Effectiveness, with any remaining stats like Defense and Effect Resistance that come along with the gear pieces.

For players with premium gear , you can attempt to build Harsetti with Effectiveness, Injury or Counter based on the highest equipment score of your gear set pieces available.

Effectiveness set stats: Health (Min 24k) < Effectiveness (Min 200%) < Defense

Injury set stats: Crit (Min 85%) < Health (Min 24k) < Crit Damage (Min 200%)  < Defense  < Effectiveness

Counter set stats: Health (Min 26K) < Effectiveness (Min 85%) < Defense ; Tagehel's Ancient Book not recommended

Note: When facing another Harsetti in regular arena, the fastest Harsetti will be the one to initiate the combat. It is only recommended to have some speed in your gear pieces if you decide to challenge against another Harsetti.
