I have confirmation on reddit this method works for both insta app crash and decompression:

Download an old version of the app >  https:// epic-seven.en.uptodown.com/android/download/1012289153 > just remove spacebar after // > this is just apk hosting site

Open the apk and it will take you to the appstore where you can then update the game. Game will load in Korean, but just change the language to English in the settings. Hope this helps!
