Not.a bug. Just annoying. You need overall rank 3000 plus 5200 points.

To go higher you need to be top 3000 plus the points 

I think might have same issue in arena. Supposedly, I should get a promotion rewards for first time ranking up but I'm stuck at 5200 points. My current points is 5560/5200.Im not getting any rank up rewards and my points stuck visually.So I'm afraid I will not get my weekly rewards for my correct rank as well.
