I didn't receive the milestone in time [1]
After the updates where it is possible to obtain Tamarinne through the side story/the book of memories, I decided to enter this mode to obtain it, but I have no way, because I did not receive the item as shown in the images.As well as I did not use it because there is none completed.

Since I own the item on my secondary account, the complete story is green as completed. Thanks for the help

You can get another from the shop. Enter it -> select Normal tab and scroll down to the bottom. It costs 900 skystones though.
If it is a bug. Then contact customer support. From in game hit the four blue squares on the top right. Look below for the ⚙️ icon. Tap customer support. It will open a new window. Look for bug report and open it up. Scroll down and look for the INQUIRE button. Fill out the form
