Same issue here. I'm at 5600/5200.I can't get my first time promotion rewards as well. I'm afraid my weekly rewards for my correct rank
Go to "Ranking" check "My Rank" unless you are 3000-1 range then your are not Champ IV.
You need both the points and be in the top 3000 players to go to the next rank
