1. Schedule: 9/26 (Thu) after the maintenance – 10/3 (Thu) 02:59 UTC

2. Details: The 5★ Hero, Tenebria, and the 5★ Artifact, Crimson Moon of Nightmares, will have a higher drop rate.

■ Guaranteed Summon System

1. Each summon will cause the summon counter to decrease by 1. (Maximum 120 Summons)

2. If a player does not receive the featured Hero after 120 summons, then the following summon is 100% guaranteed to summon that Hero.

3. If the featured Hero is summoned, then the Summon Counter is reset.

When are you going to treat the rest of your paying customers the same as you treat the CN servers???

I have done 120 moonlight premium summons and still no 5* moonlight hero. According to the gatcha rate of 2.5%, we should receive 2.5 5* heroes per 100 draws. Smilegate you are a bunch of liars. I noticed the normal moonlight rate is all messed up now. I even put in a help desk ticket for the issue last week. They finally responded but with a very disappointing response saying i did not have enough luck. Excuse me random number generators used are not luck but based on mathematics. I have been coding software for nearly 20 years. I am calling them out on there BS lies.

I think they answered in that manner realizing it would be hard to explain to you when you aren't comprehending how a percentage PER draw works. Iif you do a little google search on how gacha summon works you will get your answer

SoMJIt would be better for them to post the formula used on there gotcha screen to eliminate further questions in the future.

By being self-centered and act like know it all and not share information, it doesn't help people. This is why companies do not want to hire people like you. It is especially bad for gen z and younger. There are exceptions in the generations but the majority lack communication and team playing skills of helping one another.
