There has not been one word about 5* moonlight premium fixes to the draw rate. They know we are on to them for lying about the 2.5% draw rate. We should have received 2.5 characters per 100 draws. I will not give them 1 more cent for the way they been to us players. I have given them close to $1000 to help keep there employees paid and servers running.

You probably don't know what derivative of x squared is without looking up or what this type of math is used in the real world.
Anyway, the formula of not getting the gatcha is (100 - percentage) ^ number of draws.
If the company does not clearly post the formula, it is actually something people can sue for in the United States for false advertising the percent. McDonald's has been sued for simply not labeling a coffee cup as a hot container.

If you introduce Special Five Star Selector Tickets for the normal characters, it’s only natural that people would want the same for the Moonlight Summon. Especially when no one is getting anything from the current event.
