[Issues] Moonlight Summon Event Issue Fix and Additional Summons [224]
Hello, Heirs! This is GM Dominiel!
We would like to inform you about an issue identified in the ongoing Premium Moonlight Summon event.
First, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused our Heirs.
Upon internal investigation, we discovered that an error occurred during the implementation of the new event.
While the summon rates for each hero grade (5-Star Moonlight: 2.5%, 4-Star Moonlight: 27.5%) worked as intended,
we found a problem where certain heroes within the same grade displayed similar acquisition patterns.
We apologize for not delivering the level of enjoyment you expected from this event. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
As a token of our apology, we will be adding 50 additional summons to the ongoing Premium Moonlight Summon event.
We had many new things we wanted to share with our Heirs through this Epic Dash event, and we deeply regret the unintended outcome.
We will strive to become an Epic Seven that provides a service that satisfies our Heirs.

I have done 135 summons and still have not gotten a 5 star ml unit. This is ridiculous.
Maybe it still is, I went from 0 to 100 without getting a ml5, only to get brenya dupe on the guaranteed.
2.5% chances theoretically say that I was supposed to be able to pull atleast 2 moonlights out of 100.
% = per cent, also known as per 100
100 summons and pull spirit eye 3 times? Then. my RANDOM ticket is also spirit eye? **** this event. Dumb. Rigged.
0/90 will probably go to 0/150. Wonโt ever drop cash on this game again. Ive spent way too much to have gear roll the way it does, and events where nothing drops. Keep the extra50 pulls smilegate, we all know ML bookmarks are a rip off anyway. Im done with the bad rng. I will now be 100% ftp after this. I dont even want the free random at 100. Just gonna mess up future pulls.

Itโs still rigged. Iโve gotten five Crimson Armins now. Theyโre seeded pulls, which means the percentages shown for what you can pull is a sham.

Je suis le SEUL membre de ma guilde ร ne rien avoir eu du tout, et j'ai eu ce problรจme des schรฉmas d'acquisition similaires .. Je ne suis pas certains que ce soit rรฉellement rรฉparรฉ !
You didn't fixed anything, two 5* moonlight two ruele. I want compensation for this. Moreover I continue to find the same 4* and 3* every day
Against my better judgement I bought your cash grab moonlight gacha pack. I convinced myself that needing almost half of the available 12 heroes, I would likely see one that I needed show up in the three. Shows me right? 100 usd for 10 galaxy coins. Thank you(read the dripping sarcasm).
Didnโt know you can could summon 3 sonias in a 5 pull session until you โpatchedโ it. Thanks smilegate but next time just leave it broken at least I can get useful 4 stars.

Its called GATCHA for a reason, you can go 1000 pulls and never get *** at the end, you rats failed to notice that this is basically regular galaxy summons but without the pity, FREE galaxy summons without the pity, so if at the end you end up with nothing but 3โ well thats on you and your stupid luck.

This event was not a "gacha" event at its release ... hello? but fully scripted/rigged before the patch ....being able to know your summons in advances is not "luck base" or "gacha" ...... have you ever read patch notes+smilegate notes ... seems not ๐ต they litterally admitted their error. Sure, I got annoyed I didn't pull a single 5* until the ticket, but people crying their free stuff isn't good annoys me so much more.

We received the extra 50ML pulls as a compensation for the fixed pulls issue. Why is the chinese server receiving compensation for a problem they did not experience?
When the chinese server got 5k SS and a limited selector ticket we got nothing. Why does the chinese server receive our compensations, but we don't receive their compensation?
Because CN would be upset if they get less total pulls than we did. And SG canโt possibly risk upsetting them. They sure get every celebration lol, didnโt they came out of their anni. not too long ago?
This update, instead of improving, got worse, before I caught 4*. Now, that doesn't happen

Screw 50 additional summons... there's no way for us to know if the "rigging" is "fixed". Plus, unless those 50 summons can be used now, they serve no purpose unless you add an additional reward for 150 pulls.
Give us a ML Selector with current event pool. Problem solved.
Keep the rewards the same, but mail everyone 1 5* ML selector with the current pool like said above. This is about regaining trust, since this put into question the other summon banners now as well
