You don't know what a macro is.
A macro is a series of keystrokes or actions in sequence. It's doing nothing a human couldn't and is way more limited in what it can.
A macro isn't a script that changes code in the game to make you invincible or do infinite damage or force clear credit flags without doing anything or change currency values etc. etc. etc. It's also not a cpu that plays the game for you. It's not a program that looks for colors and actions and makes dynamic choices on behalf of the player. It's this:
Understand what you're talking about first. If you tried to make a macro yourself you would've seen it's harmless and really has barely any application in this game. Almost everything is already automated. For the times you need to spam 10000 taps there are macros.
Wow, trying so hard to appear intelligent and witty, so you missed the point entirely. Regardless of what a macro is or isn't, Smilegate has stated on multiple occasions that it isn't allowed. So OP was probably asking how an official company promoting the game, can also be promoting the use of macros. You understand it now dummy?, Or do I need to slow it down more for you ?

Macros can be used to farm 24/7 with almost zero interaction, so it does provide an advantage with less effort that "normal gameplay".

No they can't. Wtf. Are we in year two of this game? There's repeat and background battling now. Why and what would you even macro? And what do you do on full inventory?
You can't make a macro that makes decisions and clears your trash lmao. You keep talking like a macro is a bot when you have it right there to test and see what it actually does.

Macros are for when you see complaints about needing to spend hundreds of thousands of stigma on penguins.
Macros are for when you see complaints about needing to click 1000 times during a banner summon
Macros can even be for refreshes if you sit there to watch it and manually stop when bm appear.
Macros are for spam and wrist management in this game and can't be used for an unfair in-battle or farming advantage.
It's not hard to seem intelligent when you're correct.
