1. Eligos & An Offer You Can't Refuse Drop Rate Up
In this Drop Rate Up event, meet Eligos, the Fire elemental Ranger who can contain the enemy with the highest Attack through an additional attack when an ally except for the caster defeats an enemy. Players can also obtain the Ranger exclusive Artifact, An Offer You Can't Refuse, that penetrates the target's Defense, and increases Combat Readiness of the ally with the highest Combat Readiness except for the caster when attacking with a Single Attack.

2. Politis & Knowledge Seed Drop Rate Up
In this Drop Rate Up, meet Politis, a Fire elemental Mage who is capable of decreasing enemies’ Combat Readiness increase effects and inflicting debuffs. Players can also obtain the Mage Exclusive Artifact Knowledge of Seed that can grant all allies except for the caster a random buff upon receiving lethal damage.

Don't listen to salty cleavers wanting another control character gone just for her to become another sub cleaver! we need pflan EE and no changes to her skills! #savecontrol
Justice For Pirate! We need the buff for her, she's just staying on the bench..
Good call with pflan. She's nowhere close to as weak as bmh was and she needs a small buff instead of a rework. She might even be fine with just an ee. Get her on the next patch.
Pirate Flan needs the buff, it will make her more interesting and people will pick her more often. Don't listen to the ones that can't move forward with such changes.
Can we make Dominiel’s S2 an active skill again?

This is frusrating situation: those who don't like P.Flan's changes said it in balance preview, while indifferent and those who like were silent. Now with the cancel of P.Flan's "buff" other people shout about continuing P.flan's changes and so on. "You can't make everyone happy", so I hope Smilegate will do what they think is right

Please consider allowing the community to vote for at least one artifact per rotation and we cannot vote for the same artifact in a 6 month period. The same for the coin shops as well. It would make the community happy and be a fun community event as well. Thank you for any consideration.

Please continue with the P. flan buffs, and maybe look towards asking high level RTA players on their ideas for some of the balance patches going forward to help prevent outcry from players who don’t really have an idea what they’re talking about.
