Hey did you bother reading anything about their rewards for doing the epic dash pass?  Maybe you should take the time to read the rewards.  There is literally a 5 star selector in one of the last weeks that he's included.  Read next time before complaining on the forums.

Bcoz by their rule non limited rgb unit / artifact that was released earlier than 6 months is not available in any type of selectors and Jenua was released 5 months and 12 days ago. 

From same reason Birgitta is not there (3 months 17 days ago) and Wukong (2 months 12 days ago).
