The following issue has been discovered on 9/2(Mon).

1. An issue where an error message is displayed when using the "Instantly Complete Specialty Change Quests" feature.
→ We are currently looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

2. An issue where the E7WC 5★ Moonlight's Grace Summoning Book from E7WC 2024 Celebration Pack 2 is not sent when tapping the "Receive All" button
→ We're currently investigating this issue to ensure affected Heirs receive their rewards correctly.
→ In the meantime, please collect this item from the mailbox by tapping the Receive button separately.

3. An issue where the 11 free Covenant summon event is not applied to some Heirs
→ We are currently looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

4. An issue where an Otherworldly Chest is not displayed correctly in the inventory
→ We are currently looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

5. An issue where an error occurs while playing Rhythm Surfer
→ We are currently looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
We will continue to inform our Heirs regarding these issues via this notice.

so I'm guessing that the whole situation regarding china and taiwan players is not an proper known issue? not only rejecting a country but also treating a certain country with favouritism. maybe you should try changing your politics, from we respect everyone equally to we'll bend and do whatever china says, ignoring the rest of our players who deserve the same treatment. **** you

I found an issue in adventurer path in recruit 3 heroes in connection can't past that task coz the heroes are lock in certain episode and level pls can you fix it? Coz when a new player is stuck on a certain level with hard to accomplish task they just leave the game hope you notice this tnx

What about the issue where you guys didnt add any content and just gave out free stuff? Still NO new content in 6 years of the game being "alive". barely holding on to your active players so you have to try your hardest to get new players. CRINGE

Hmmm no free laia yet, no free 5k ss yet… is this a know issue too? U really expect global to pay for that limited bs pack? It’s almost 600brl. Just fyg my rent is 900brl. I don’t know if u got the maths but is way unfair we got to pay that amount just to get a limited unit other server got for FREE.
