[Issues] 9/2 (Mon) Server Instability Notice (resolved) [17]

The problem, caused by increased traffic after the update, has been resolved by adding more servers.
You can now enjoy the game without interruption.

On 9/2(Mon), we've found an issue where Epic Seven server is unstable.We are extremely
sorry for any inconvenience caused and we will inform you all via an update in this notice as soon as we have corrected the problem.

Thatโs it this is the end of the straw, I was actually pretty hyped about the anni but all of that was for naught. The ml summons will most likely net you unusable characters, the event missions are time gated, the packs are way too expensive. What do you mean that the first pack is 100$ and the ml5 pack isnโt even a selector. I was ready and willing to spend but now Iโve feel Iโve been betrayed and finally the dc problem after extend the maintenance. Iโve lost all joy in my life, I felt betrayed and backstabbed by smilegate. This will be my last message to these incompetent bunch at smilegate. I want you to know and remember youโve taken a life today. Iโll continue to curse you and pray for your downfall from the depths of hell. Watch your back smilegate.

hear me out, ok? i'm having some revolutionary insight for you right here. when you are releasing a massive massive update to celebrate something, esp an anniversary, maybe scale up the server accordingly? ikr, mind-blowing revelation right here. you had how long to plan this thing? do you have any psychologists, just maybe one singular one, at the office? your entire shtick is impressing new and returning players with these wicked rewards. but how can they get anything if the server is on fire? first impression is insanely important for your information. i can't believe this needs to be said but your level of imcompetence and lack of foresight keeps upping themselves every passing moment. how can you get worse over the years instead of improving? it's mind-boggling just how badly you're handling anything.

ok, we are not that mad..we are indeed annoyed about ur server management...please make sure you fix this earliest..
Maybe you arenโt, but donโt toss around โweโ like that is the same for everyone. We just sat through an update extension and then log in to find the server folded like a box bought off of temu. People are likely more than annoyed, especially following the several hour delay of Frida breaking the game.
