how come 5* sword of judgement 20% but 4* dust devil 30% [1]
sword of judgement is a 5* artifact and only 20% activation for another basic attack
dust devil is 4* artifact and only 30% activation for another basic attack
why is 4* artifact better than 5* artifact
why pacemaker furious s1 only 40% but has no interaction with self buff indomidable
when have indomidable should be basic rate 50% and 100% with indomidable like how ml celine nimble blade is 50% basic rate and 100% with possession
