Can someone correct me if I am wrong but didn't it said that when we runout of pulls we could spend 100 skystones to do additional pulls?

It's a sad day again today after 130 Summons not a single 5STAR Moonlight Hero Nothing been pray everyday and nothing everyday hopefully they can give another Moonlight Ticket to player would be nice but 20 more Summons left I'll pray again for a better day.😭
I return with more depression and loss of hope not a single 5Star from this event and the one I got for free is not usable for me so I'm kinda very sad a depressed about this whole event now I'm all out of summons also so the event is kinda over for me.
Loving this event, 100 free pulls and no ml 5* and the guaranteed random ml5* is for a dupe I have at SSS imprint. Literally useless

That’s 150 summons with 1 5 Star pull, the rates are not 2.5% like it says,
I got a dupe Briseria from the event and didn't get any moonlight tokens, my older brother who pulled a Clilias from the event got moonlight tokens. Why didn't I get moonlight tokens? @Smilegate
