For the $200 moonlight pack, SmileGate you've got to consider players that are not willing to spend money for a potential dupe - This is an expensive and unnecessary gamble. The ML5 pack could've easily been a selector with fewer heroes.

Again, this is an expensive and unnecessary gamble especially when Heirs have been offered way better ML5 packs at this same price point. No player should feel robbed after a sizeable purchase unless they are participating in the gacha elements of the game. Yet even then they are spending towards a new character or a new experience overall. No need for excessive RNG. Thanks for reading. GGz

What a robbery, pretty much unsatisfied with all these packs, pretty expensive for a minimal chance of getting nothing into ML's.

200 EUR for a chance of getting a random ML From a list of 12 ?! I have 9 out of these 12 units, i assume most of money spenders on Epic got most of these units too. Giving us a random chance to get smth we don’t have for that price? That’s insulting. Very disappointing to be honest. Give me a proper selector , I will give you 200€

I know, the pack is designed for the newer player base, but check with your analytics team, is baiting new players  to spend worth disappointing already spending old players ? 

The RNG component of the pack is not necessary, you are hurting your potential revenue and old user CLV and not generating any other form of added value.
