One of the most important actions you can take to familiarize yourself with the new Hall of Trials is to enter the fight. Just going through the battle's motions can be valuable experience alongside reading guides or watching tutorials. You may even think up a new strategy that works for your goals.

Just getting through 3 break phases in challenge mode guarantees 4.5 million+

Every break phase gives you 1.5 million upon entering it. Building a team to live and get through the phases might be an option for those not aiming for high scores.

There's no need to force yourself to do well in Hall of Trials. Epic Seven is a game so enjoying it should be the top priority. Of course, I recommend doing it at least once for some rewards.
