The following issue has been discovered on 6/20(Thu).
1. An issue where the list of globally banned Heroes and Artifacts is not displaying in the E7WC preliminaries.
→ We are currently looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible. 2. An issue where updating and installing Epic Seven through the Amazon Appstore is not possible. (6/20, 09:17 Added)
→ For those using the Amazon Appstore, we recommend updating and installing through a different store.

3. An issue where some World Arena replays cannot be played correctly. (6/20, 11:43 Added)
→ We are currently looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

hey sg ive been doing arena since its open so why is my battle pass rank still at rank 3?????? and ive been looking and the pts doesnt increase at all pls fix it

I had arena working for a minute then it stop so please fix it
Im so sad that are people that don't read the patch notes or don't pay attention on videos of SG channel or what's being talked in the comunity and now they're blaming SG for closing the arena for a MAINTANCE. This maintance will bring a renewal for arena structure, an upgrade on weekly rewards and a new Season. SG already shown to comunity those changes, stop blaming them for your lack of attention. Thank you.
I can’t do arena
Getting quest cockblocked by arena. Is this standard operating procedure for this game? Been 2 days now, not exactly impressed..
I'm wondering If anyone else is having issues opening arena? For over a week now I cant enter at all.
Since smilegate disabled arena, they should be compensating us with the loss of battle bpoints. I use those points for molagora and equipment.

epic7#zmupfySmilegate knows how to get rid of their free to play players. SG will lose money because less players watching commercials.

Regular arena says under maintenance when clicking for me
XCalibar....that means StinGy7 is doing StinGy7 things.... again.....Ml Luna is coming....so what do they do....disable regular arena ....no more free skystones for f2p.....heh......figures.....no ml Luna....but I got something better....heh....
