Starting with this infographic, we will refine the data by tier and season to provide more detailed information and guidance. ■ Pre-Ban The pre-ban rate here refers to the percentage of matches in which the Hero was pre-banned among all matches. For example, if a Hero’s pre-ban rate is 50%, it means the Hero had been pre-banned for half of all the matches counted.
■ First Pick "First Pick" refers to the first Hero selected by the player assigned the First Pick role, with one hero being recorded per match.For example, if a hero has a 30% First Pick rate, it means that in all matches, the First Pick player chose that hero first approximately 30% of the time. From the following data, you can also confirm the post-pick ban rate and win rate of the Heroes.
■ Pick The term 'Pick' here refers to the Heroes selected by the two players for a match and includes their First Picks. If the pick rate is 50%, it means the Hero has been drafted by either player for half of all the matches. |

3. Overall Thoughts
In the Oath Season, the meta was defined by the smooth fusion of longstanding heroes and those recently introduced.
Thanks to the relentless determination of many Heirs, the total number of matches played in the Champion tier and above increased by approximately 13% compared to the previous season, leading to a rise of about 130 points in the cutoff lines for Legend and Emperor leagues.
At the outset of the season, Laia, introduced early in the season, took the lead in shaping the meta, followed by impactful late-season additions such as Jenua and Sea Phantom Politis. This shift in dynamics resulted in a downturn in the performance of a few outperforming heroes from previous seasons, including Lua and Last Rider Krau.
As the season progressed, Hero ban patterns tended to become somewhat stagnant, with conventional strategies becoming more apparent. To address this issue, a Ban Protection feature was introduced starting from the pre-season following the end of Oath Season. The Ban Protection feature aims to disrupt established Hero ban dynamics and provide a fresh experience for World Arena content.
Furthermore, by reducing the fatigue caused by excessive mind games during Hero ban phases, we aim to enable players to play more intuitively. We hope this change will lead to the emergence of new and diverse metas, allowing for a wider range of Heroes to be utilized in World Arena battles. We are diligently reviewing the feedback provided by Heirs regarding the Ban Protection feature and will continue to strive to provide a more enjoyable and refreshing content experience by closely observing various indicators. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we work to enhance the enjoyment and gameplay experience of the World Arena.

Where is top 20 Bans?
The person who had the idea of the ban protection clearly does not play the game. It's the worst idea they've ever done. That is not the solution, if it is banned it is the same it is because of the problem that you yourselves have created and the refusal to nerf units. I'm tired of them coming up with ideas where it seems like they don't know their own game.

just play the new overtuned units + a constantly decreasing handful of powerhouse units and pretend the other 98% don't exist.
basically this season sg be like
"Huh, seems we did a lot of bs because you all ban the same units .. maybe preventing you from banning will spice things up. Oh, here are some more overtuned and overbuffed characters to f up the meta, have fun."
ban protection even narrows the pool of pickable units and restricts player to face against the same pool of meta units but their aim is more diversity?! people say ban protection is fresh but yea its still bad, its a fresh bad idea.
I know that many players love or hate this game, from now on I want to leave this game, the players are cruel towards inexperienced players, even those who do not know English, the game used to sink into my soul when I just started, there were a lot of cool characters for all modes, but now the characters are focused on PVP and this will disappoint me, I would like the young players to have more luck than the old me, but I continue to play it becomes difficult for me,I am a loser in this game due to my poor knowledge of English and I, like all ordinary players, often lose not only in the arena but also in guild wars, I want to say that don’t quit the game if you value it, but keep in mind that the game for me is no longer as joyful as it used to be and at the moment it’s more of a job to play it, I hope that I will not go crazy because of failures in this game and try in every possible way to quit for a long time, I think that in the future I will become stronger, thanks to Epic Seven.
With all due respect, Personally I think Ban protection is a horrible idea. It's a fresh experience for sure , But It makes RTA even less diverse. The fun part of rta itself is the mind game. Why would you even try to make something interesting into bland? I do not know if you did but , incase if you have not. At least please take feedbacks from the top players incase of this sort of changes. Thank you.
