We have detected an issue where users are unable to link their Facebook accounts with mobile games on some iOS devices.

Please refer to the methods listed below, which may help solve the issue.

■ Issue

- Users are unable to link their Facebook accounts with mobile games on some iOS devices.

■ How to Fix

1. Settings > App (Epic Seven) > Enable Allow Tracking

2. Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Enable ‘Allow Apps to Request to Track’ > App (Epic Seven) > Enable Allow Tracking

※ If you are unable to allow tracking using the first method, please try again using the second method.

If you fail to link your Facebook account after you have tried all the methods mentioned above,

please try linking with another account other than your Facebook account.
