The Collab starts the 18th.. so most likely the first banner is going to start the 18th too for 2 weeks and the next banner for 2 weeks.

Your argument is irrelevant. Having different kits does not deny the fact that there are strength difference between heroes, or your tendency of relying on the strong ones.
