Midnight Gala Lilias passive skill din't procs, but still on cooldown.

I was trying to build a Caides one shot team using Midnight Gala Lilias and Iseria with the thought of using G.Lilias passive skill on Caides at 50% health.

But after G.Lilias killed the first phase boss, she didn't procs her passive, but her passive still on cooldown on second phase, Iseria didn't reset her passive skill cooldown too. is this a bug or did i miss something?

Okay, these are something i want to say:

- About the used words "procs" and "display" , i maybe wrong, but you understand the main idea of my post with my previous comment, right? If not, you should try it in game to see what i meant. And if you knew about my post's main idea, but still, you just want to focus on my mistake, go away, this post is not for you.

- Why would you call someone "dumb" when you don't even know them, nobody taught you how to be polite?

no u misunderstanding not him. no such thing "display". when it display it proc. why would it show name if not proc u dumb? fight is over no point to show push so move on.

I think you are mistunderstanding between "display' and 'procs'. I mean, the "Now or never" skill, you know, it did show the passive skill name, but didn't procs the active part of the passive skill.
