Hi, I had 13 catalyst slime jelly and I decided to use it to upgrade my ravi. However as i upgraded her 1st skill to level four, i noticed that the game only register its skill at level 3. However the molagora and also the catalyst has been used up, with only 1 remaining. 

The upgrade should have consumed 12 catalyst to upgrade her skill to level 4 which would leave me only 1 slime jelly remaining. However I had only 1 left but the skill 1 is still stuck at level 3. Please help as it took me a very long time to farm up those catalyst!!!! And Molagora!!!!
