Hello,
This is Epic Seven.

We have heard the various opinions and concerns that our Heirs have expressed regarding our recent updates. Thanks to the valuable feedback that our Heirs have given us, we are announcing improvements which will be applied to the following content: (1) Pets (2) Equipment Conversion, and (3) World Boss.

First and foremost, we would like to thank our Heirs for giving us this feedback on multiple channels and we will continue to try our best to listen to the opinions of our Heirs and reflect these opinions in our game.

The following are the improvements that will be implemented.

1. Improvements to the Pet System.
We have heard the concerns that our Heirs have regarding the difficulty of acquiring Pet Adoption Tickets and Homemade Snacks. Our Heirs have commented on the difficulty surrounding the acquisition of Pets due to the current cost of Pet Adoption Tickets as well as the difficulty in utilizing the Repeat Battle system because the ways in which players can acquire Homemade Snacks is very limited.

In order to address these issues, we will make an improvement so that our Heirs will be able to summon one Pet for free, similar to how players are able to receive one free Covenant Summon a day. Additionally, we will introduce a new daily Reputation so that our Heirs can regularly obtain Homemade Snacks.

These improvements, along with other improvements regarding Pets will take place in December, and we will inform our Heirs about them via a separate update notice. Furthermore, we will continuously listen to our Heir’s voices to continuously improve the Pet System.

2. Improvements to Equipment Conversion
In addition to the improvements above, we will also implement improvements to the Equipment Conversion System. In regards to Equipment Conversion, our Heirs have voiced discontent regarding the limited ways they can receive Equipment Conversion Gems as well as the amount of ingredient equipment necessary in order to craft a high quality ingredient that meets our Heirs expectations.

In order to reflect the feedback from our players, we will first increase the probability at which Equipment Conversion Gems are given from the World Boss. Furthermore, we plan to decrease the amount of ingredients required in order to increase the Quality Grade of equipment crafted via Equipment Conversion. By implementing these changes, we hope to reduce the discomfort our Heirs felt when they were crafting equipment.

Additionally, we will compensate our Heirs for the excess equipment that they have used in order to receive a higher Quality Grade. This will take place once the adjustment in Quality Grade requirements has taken effect. We will provide our Heirs with further information regarding the method of compensation and compensation schedule as soon as the compensation system is ready.

3. Improvements to the World Boss
Finally, this section will discuss the improvements that will be applied to the World Boss. Currently, the World Boss is in the Pre-Season and improvements are scheduled to be taken at the start of the regular season. In the regular season, players will be able to select their Guild Member’s Supporters so that they will be able to acquire more points from World Boss Battles.

Also, we will introduce a rank higher than SSS and provide improved rewards for this new rank. In addition to this new rank, we also plan to restructure and improve the current rewards. Furthermore, once the regular season begins, we will introduce “World Boss Battle Contribution Points” (this name may be changed in the future) so that our Heirs can receive guaranteed rewards if they regularly participate in World Boss Battles. We will fully take into account our Heir’s World Boss battles played during the Pre-Season prior to finalizing the detailed standards for the new ranking system and the “World Boss Battle Contribution Points”.

We are also preparing the World Arena and additional improvement measures. We plan to inform our Heirs about these improvements via a separate update notice.

The world of Epic Seven has been progressing thanks to the help of our Heirs. We ask for continuous feedback from our Heirs and we will do our best to listen to the voices of our Heirs so that we can provide an even better gaming environment for everyone.

BESTI can't trust anything you guys say until you give us some actual results, you've already proven that you're more than happy to lie to us if it gets us to shut up. How quickly will you go back to monetizing every little thing?

All we wanted to do was give you our support because we loved playing this game, so much time and money invested because we did love this game, but you guys clearly don't give a damn about your people as long as the cash is flowing.

What point is there in keeping in the homemade snacks? You already mocked us enough by giving us 10 a day, but clearly that only made people more angry. Are we going to have to wait another 5 months to get any of these changes to even be implemented?

BESTSo it seems like this is what people want:

1) A full auto game so you can leave it on forever.
2) No cost to change gear at all times so that you can have only a few sets of gear needed to just simply **** around at the players fancy.
3) Choose main + substats on gear for little cost + ability to do this unlimited times a month so that you dont need to grind for gear and make everyone have all the best gear yay.
4) Have a fully manual world boss, being able to choose skills for each unit so that world boss can then take hours to do each day.
5) Quarter pounder with cheese and large fries.

Yikes. Children.

However, my opinion:

Pets: The problem is not the lack of snack receiving - the problem is having snacks in order to use the auto-battle in the first place. We should not be required to farm a resource to use that resource to farm another resource. The only way where this is appropriate is time-limited content like Raid & Hell Raid, but not every day content like Adventure, Hunt and so on. Please, we don't need Snacks or any other limitation. And various people have stated that the failure rate of synthesizing pets is destroying millions of gold and investment.

Gear Conversion: It's all nice and dandy that we don't need so much items for conversion, but we still need a butt-load of +15 equipment in order to get a gear that is very likely to be trash. This requires a hue amount of gold, which the every day player doesn't have.

We would implement new currency system cause we think its not that much now and the gold is not hard enough to get! there would be silver then cooper, hunt ticket and altar ticket which you could buy with also new brand currency! lets also add some enhance items to enhance heroes stats which we gonna charge you with your skystones you have been saved for our limited summons! and you know what, lets give the dude on the bar a new currency cause of how awesome and how red he is! Oh! dont forget our newly added summon system which use paid skystones exclusively! Which is only open for vip20 but dont worry, you will also get a pair of wings that you could put only on the heroes that you and we dont care about.

My biggest concern is the World Boss I feel like the PVE content feels like it's single player there's no player interaction at. the Supporters are great and all but is that all? Is this game really online?

  If they refuse to remove the snacks that they dearly love so much, then why not use the snscks for other stuff such as Pet fusing? It's really baffling that SG hates being normal and trying so hsrd to make a hard content

  STOVE90931682We can already see based off the way they're planning to "address" these issues (if you can even call that addressing) that they completely missed the point and isn't actually addressing any of the issues that were actually brought up. The snack system shouldn't have been a thing in the first place for auto repeat. The stones and the amount of gear you need to toss into gear conversion were never the main problem to begin with, it was the sub-stats still gated behind RNGs.
  
  If anything, this announcement only proves that they don't want to actually fix anything because they'd rather still milk you than to implement a feature right.

World Boss: I for one dislike the auto battle aspect and heroes only using s1 with no tactic or thought behind. The class & element restriction are the only thing that makes it somewhat a challenge, and even then it's not much of a challenge and this goes as a daily chore. Please consider making it manual, with tactic/strategy behind.

  depending on how many "turns" we get in manual, there will be that optimal team setup, not saying i do not wanna see something with a more impact, that we need to think on. But do not wanna see mindless manual fighting where auto would picked same skills in same order, then i rather wanna have this fast auto battles

  I got no problem with wb for now, im always fine with fast content although yes its meh and not challenging, but with so much headache and pressure on the game right now i think its not a good time to add more stuff, like that world arena or something, the arena is dreadful already and im afraid the next new arena would makes it x2.
  i just wish the current boring arena would offers like weekly banned heroes or something not to add more different arena content.

this is how things should be at the first place and then improve from that point,but nah...u fkt up so hard that now even normal stuff sound like improvements
I see what u did there,its like when u want to buy something and someone tell u higher price than it is so he can offer u like discount but actualy u dont get discount thats the normal price of item
u also try to "sell" on last few patchs things that are broken af and now u turn them back to normal and u call it "improvement"

About Equipment Conversion, I think you miss the point

Give us a 1 line guarantee of substat when conversion is so hard ? I didn't think our problem is hard to find conversion gems or too much ingredients required.
The problem is we're lost a many gold and still have chance to trade bad gear to bad gear.

The thing is, you already steal insane amount of energy for battles, you want to force us to use snacks to autobattle-like the high energy consumption is not enough already....-.-" wtf, so you are nohing more, just usual moneyhungry company. Remove the snacks completely, since we already have to pay for the energy-thats more then enough. Dont really understand why cant you finally make a good full update, with everything solved, doing half job, then fcking up everything again and again. Learn from your mistakes. And listen to the players, dont act. like you have been never played with this game.

Wow I am baffled. None of the issues that were actually addressed, but rather they tell us that they'll basically "give us a small discount" on the current garbage system and call that a day. The fixes aren't even real fixes; they completely miss the point. This is amazing.

It's a beginning, although Global aren't devs but I'll add a few things:
1) Daily pet summon is a good idea but don't add unlimited auto farm, player not playing the game will die rapidly.
2) The cost to reach epic grade is really high and should be lowered and more ways to get the gems.
3) Add to the loot table of WB the nat4-5 ticket, ML Bookmarks, mystics and bms at their respective rates, increase the gold drop, and instead of WB being a copy pasta of SW's WB, try to add some unique features to it, not need to increase the rank.

  If you want to whale to the point where you can Repeat Battle 24/7 go for it. This is a Gacha game and it isn't a fair playing field between P2W and F2P with or without repeat battle.
  If you want to 24/7 repeat battle until you literally have nothing else to do that is also your choice.
  
  Without repeat battle you would complete the game and be bored in 2 months? This is a design flaw of the game. It proves that it lacks real content. If the only way they can keep players is denying the the feature to repeat battle, the game isn't going to last the 10 years they want it to.
  
  Want to know how games with repeat battles keep players? Adding content that is fun, engaging, and challenging that can't be done with repeat battling. That is something this game does not have if repeat battle will cause people to leave the game.
  
  It is YOUR lack of vision that is concerning.
