Epic Seven App will not load after the update (11/27-11/28) [4]

EPIC Seven is still showing a completely blank, white screen when I try to run the app. The white screen alwas closes out after a few seconds and that's it. This happened after the last update on 11/29-11/30. I downloaded the update from the Apple AppStore and then proceeded to open the app to download the patch, but I can not because I keep getting a completely blank screen. My iPad has plenty of free internal space and has no software or iOS issues. I have seen others post the same issue as me since the last update but I have not seen any response from SmileGate or E7 concerning this issue. Please help.

    My friend had similar problems he had to redownload the game, not sure what caused it but he uses Iphone not sure if that works for you

    Happen to me on several occasions. You might want to try:


    - Launching the app normally and wait until it force close

    - Launching it again with airplane mode on

    - When the title screen appears, reconnect and play


    Give it a try, hope it works.

    It is happened to me when I was moved outside my home country and connect to uni wifi, after I use VPN, it solved --- maybe the server

    I have tried all of those solutions several times. I haven't contacted support because I know that they will just send me a basic response(script). This has happened to other E7 users and I'm hoping to bring attention to the issue because I had a decent account. There needs to be a major fix soon.
