Steel Workshop drop rates for set-types for Wyvern Hunt Equ. (Rant)
so it all startet with my need for a Speed Necklace.
So I started crafting with around 4k Wyvern materials and am now at 2000.
That's around 30 crafts and I didn't a single Speed Necklace, not even a bad one.
How we are supposed to make our units better when the rates are that f*cked up?
Does anyone have any infos about the rates for the different set-types? (Speed, CritChance and Effectiveness Gears or even all of them?)
To me it just feels like they are 2% Speed and 49% for CritChance and Effectiveness?
This isn't funny anymore.
Hope someone can help me with some information about this as this is the most annoying part of this game.
It's hard enough to get some decent main/substats on any gear, but if you aren't even able to get that type of gear it's plain impossible to get better.
You just got unlucky, try again.
not sure i was more lucky when i tried to get a HP% necklace (speed or hit)
Rng in all its glory
Note this is only speculation by some others and myself. Take it with a grain of salt.
This might be a little voodoo, but might be something to consider. When using a computer program its really hard to make pure RNG. Usually a seed system is put in place and more often than not it is a time varying server seed interacting with your account seed. One day you could craft and get mostly speed set and another mostly crit. Its like the one dude who posted a while back that his 3 5 star in a row were Ludwig back to back to back.
You can see this behavior in some games where summoning is very accessible. GFL for example has a summoning log. Some days you will see X rare unit multiple times. Check back 6 hours later and you see none of the unit and a bunch of Y unit.
Might consider not trying to brute force it. If you craft a good bit and you aren't seeing the desired results maybe try again later.
It's different for each individual player, for me, it's 80% effectiveness and 10% for crit chance and speed, Everytime I get that epic gear, it lands on effectiness set. Really fristrating
