[Edit] No answer from support regarding recovering MLDupe
During the ML 5* nerf/recall period I recalled ML Ara for J Kise, who was imprinted with another ML Ara. I haven't touched the slate I received from recalling the hero.
I contacted support over a week ago about recovering the dupe of ML Ara in exchange for the slate, but I haven't heard a response and the support ticket status says "Checking". Has anybody else been waiting this long for support to act on the ticket? Am I just too impatient?
I have asked about this in E7's reddit in the mega daily question thread, but nobody responded to me.
Edit: I just recieved my ML Aramintha today in the GM inbox.
I mean, ur not the only 1 sending in a ticket, and they have to investigate each and every account 1 by 1 to check what their dupe was. I'm sure there exist lots of people who try to cheat the system by claiming their dupe, now slate, was a ML unit when instead it was the normal version. It's not an automated system they're using for this.

First I have 2 ml aramintha and useded one as imprint so I’m qualified for exchange
On September 14th, I asked to exchange the unknown Slate back to ml aramintha
Then I have been waiting up until now . Mail has been changed status from submitted to checking . Then today I have received a Copy and Paste replied format as in picture ( this is a typical replied if you suggest feature to game ). And I still DONT receive my ml aramintha back yet.
What’s going on ? I asked people around and all people I know got their heroes back within 2hr-24hr waiting .
I didn’t remember whether my inquiry is closed or not so I submitted another reply to ask again
Feeling little hope now . Feel like being tricked by the game ><
I hope people with the same issue to come here and update their status . We should try to let this post stay alive and be in front page daily so they can see
I did recall mine on the first day, my ml Baal, sent them the ticket straight away too, and it's took around 2 week to get it, so just wait a bit more I think.
I have a similar issue, but out of curiosity did you send an inquiry, or did you call, if so, do they have a direct contact line? I could not find a phone number. I believe they have no overseas office here in the U.S. and they are only based out of Korea therefore hard to reach on our EST. Thanks, best wishes summoning.
