At the moment there are only 28 towers. The highest level guilds have 30 members. (2 members have to be left out --> no mystic medals)
- If everyone is active and helps out in the guild, it's kind of unfair that 2 have to sit out.
- it would be nice if there were 30 towers or give those who sit out half of the reward.
Adding a way to private message a member, or @ (name) to make a message in the guild chat more noticable would be nice. Hard to tell sometimes if fellow guildies see my messages, because they either disappear when scrolling up after some time or blends in with everyone elses comments (50 characters in the guild notice is to short as well)--> We rely on discord for this, but it would be nice if there was a better way to communicate to those who don't have it.
In my guild we make it a rule to always request a rune that's the same as the alter available when they check-in each day. (Catalysts are very hard to obtain/ can be use in the alchemy now= less likely someone will want to donate theirs)
-The problem is: one persons rune request = 5 members able to donate a rune to them for brave crests. The same 5 members though can donate to everyone's requests, leaving none for the other 25 members to donate to. The 200 cap in place is way to high--> for example: 1 small rune = 10. 200÷10= 20 times a single member can donate to the requests out of a total of 30 requests (if everyone is active and put in a small rune request that day)
-To stop this problem right now: I have to set a weekly assistance cap each day by word (like 150 for Mondays in the guild notice) --> it tells my members that if they reach 150 weekly assistance in the "guilds members" list, they should hold off on donating, in order to have requests left over for members who come on later.
-The problem with this method: When we recruit someone who doesn't know this rule yet and over donates (no more rune requests available) --> it really hurts the rest of our members chances to get brave crests. (I'm sometimes forced to kick them, if they keep over donating each day.)
---If there was a tool for the guild leader/ vice leaders to use to be able to manipulate where the cap for donating is set --> New recruits won't be able to go past the cap accidentally by over donating (it will stop them once they hit the cap the leaders set). I will no longer have to be forced to kick them. Plus guild members will no longer need to remember how much things are worth assistance wise. : )
Thank you for your time!
