Why? AssCart and Violet aren't OP enough to deserve nerf.

So you want to kill Violet? If it wasn't for these evasion artifacts he wouldn't be nearly as relevant as he is now. Besides, dmg reduction is, as you say yourself, an effect. Evasion is a stat jsut like counterattack chance or dual attack chance hence why they add up.

Instead of nerfing evasion, how about adding an accuracy stat? The only thing that decreases miss chance at this point is oath key.

Because we don't need an accuracy bonus. the evasion isn't really an evasion the unit still gets damaged.
