Account Restriction Policy Reversal Notice
This is GM Dominiel.
First of all, please let us apologize to all of our Heirs that have experienced a sudden account restriction notice as a result of our account creation policy. I would like to explain the reasoning for our policy as well as explain the process involved in order to reverse this restriction.
The creation of a large amount accounts by a single IP address and device in a very short period of time is banned by Epic Seven. This is to prevent accounts which are generated for uses other than for personal play, which can have a significantly negative impact on the gaming environment of Epic Seven.
We confirmed that some players, in order to receive rewards after July 16, had their personal accounts restricted due to creating new accounts.
To help our players access Epic Seven normally, and to help prevent this issue in the future, we have prepared the guide below for all Heirs who have been impacted by this issue.
1. Temporarily ease account creation restrictions
We will temporarily ease our account creation restrictions in order to prevent other Heirs from experiencing this inconvenience.
--> However, please be aware that accounts which are made using outside programs or applications will continue to be restricted or accounts which are not for personal play will still be restricted.
2. Accounts which use the “reset” function will not be subject to these restrictions
Players are able to use the in-game reset function in order to receive rewards, just like a new account would.
※ Please be aware that all data(including payment information) for the sever you are resetting on will be permanently deleted and it is impossible to restore this data.
3. We will be reviewing each restricted account one by one and lifting the restrictions for players who fit into our temporary account restriction parameters.
--> However, players who remain outside of these eased parameters will need to contact our customer service team for further assistance.
