Receiving Glory Coins When Memory Imprints Are Available [1]
I just unlocked chest #30 in Milestone of Radiance. I was awarded 5-star hero Krau. However, I got a message that I had received that hero too many times before and that I would be given #GloryCoins, instead. That makes no sense. The only Krau in my roster of Heroes is Last Rider Krau. When I checked the Journal, it showed that I had received both regular Krau and Guard Captain Krau, but Krau is not in my Heroes and not in my Waiting Room. (I have 1 Guard Captain Krau in my Waiting Room.) It is likely that I used Krau to #MemoryImprint Last Rider Krau, but it seems unfair to prevent me from getting any more Kraus to add regular Krau to my Heroes or Memory Imprints to Guard Captain Krau. I understand the value of giving coins -- Glory, Galaxy, and Covenant -- when a Hero has reached the Memory Imprint maximum. But when the Hero was used as Memory Implants and not added to the roster and there are alternate versions of that Hero that could accept more Memory Imprints, shouldn't an Heir b

Eu estou sem entrar no jogo a 2 dias já, esse grande simplesmente não sai por nada e olha que já ate tentei desinstalar e instalar de novo mas não adiantou de nada e agr eu estou perdendo minhas recompensas diárias e o progresso que eu poderia estar tendo nos eventos espero que eles deem alguma solução pra isso

Hi, it seems there's a problem with the Game and Gmail accounts. I haven't been able to log in since last night. When I try to login in, I get error 400. I've attached a screenshot of the message (I'm a spanish speaker player). Hola, al parecer hay un problema con el juego y las cuentas de Gmail. No he podido entrar desde anoche. Al tratar of ingresar me aparece el error 400. Adjunto captura of pantalla del mensaje (soy un jugador de habla española).
No Galaxy Coins received after duplicate from Light Ticket [1]
I would like to report an issue I encountered during the perfume event. After purchasing a Light Summon Ticket, I summoned and received a duplicate character (Ambitious Tywin). However, I did not receive any Galaxy Coins from this duplicate, which I believe should have been granted.
Rank Up Packs Free or Expred? [5]
Eric909/Global: I received a notification that I had a complementary item in the Shop. I went there and saw red dots on Pack and Rank Up. When I clicked on Rank Up, I saw 3 packs listed as Free, but all these packs had “Expired” on the selection buttons at the bottom! Are they Free or Expired?

Grace Of Growth GAME BREAKING Bug
Dear Smile Gate, I can't put more than a single hero on Grace of Growth, The second Slot seems disabled and when trying to withdraw the hero another weird thing happens ( I can't withdraw the hero from the right, where it was Skystones used for 30 days to activate the slot before ) a 5 star glitch hero of lvl 99 appears and glitches out, if I put a hero in In Slot 1 it just clones the Slot and shows in Slot 2 as well but I have only 1 time the hero, is there any possible fix?
milestone of radiance issue [2]
When the Milestone of radiance event came out it was intended for pvp and with really good stats but now that it’s gonna be a pve only buff it’s not fair that when I reset it I don’t get my currency here back. Please either give me back my currency so I can buy something more useful because as an older player I’m in no need for a stats boost in pve or revert the changes and make the circuit pvp again with the same stats promised or showed during the first purchase
repayment bug
Description of the Bug: I am currently stuck in a "Restriction Loop." Despite successfully repaying the refunded amount for the "28-Day Skystone Daily Pack" (28Days天空石出席禮包), the in-game restriction window remains. The "Refresh List" button is completely unresponsive and fails to verify my payment status. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Initial purchase failed to deliver -> Refunded via Apple -> Account Restricted (Standard procedure). 2. First Repayment (April 3rd): Successfully purchased the pack again. Received Apple receipt. Clicked "Refresh List" -> FAILED. 3. Second Repayment Attempt (April 7th): Today, I tried purchasing the same pack AGAIN to trigger the system. Transaction confirmed by Apple -> Clicked "Refresh List" -> STILL FAILED. 3. I have submitted multiple STOVE tickets, but have received no solution for over 72 hours.😅 Customer support didn’t give me any response even now!
