The guild coat of arms [1]
Hello, It’s now been a month and I still haven’t received my end-of-season Guild War reward. I did receive 2 x 100 guild crests as an apology, but as for the end-of-season Guild War reward, still nothing. Am I the only one with this problem? Is there a way to get them by contacting a GM? Game freeze
When launching the game on galaxy fold 8 ultra the game freezes before login screen. When I switch apps and go back to epic seven it works then freezes again when in the lobby. I have Uninstalled reinstalled checked battery optimization settings and lowered quality but nothing works and the game still freezes.

Game keeps crashing at Episode 5 Chapter 10 Meaning of imperfection 7. Final step, when u reach the harsetti animation the game freeze, it happened to me and 3 more people so it's definitely a bug, this hinders the progression of new players so please fix it asap !!

Login bug? [2]
I'm disappointed with the support. I can no longer access my account because of a bug, and now I've lost my account because the support is awful. I don't remember my account ID because I didn't save it, as this has never happened to me before. Instead of helping, the support team sends me back to the same website where I asked for help to recover my account. I've already submitted two tickets, and it's the same answer every time. My account was literally unlinked from the email I had and replaced with a level 1 account with a completely random name. I stopped playing a year ago and haven't installed the game since then. When I went to play yesterday, my level 38 account disappeared from the email I had linked it to. I linked it to Facebook and Google, but now I can't recover it, and the support is terrible. If someone from support (a human) could help me with this, I would be very grateful. I don't remember my ID either; this is the worst thing that has happened to me in this game. Bel

Tori issue [1]
Has anyone else run into the issue where you use Tori’s S3 and it does not give you the buff to counter evasion (forgot the name) I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but after each time I use my S3 It always kicks me off the game when I lose the match as well. I am on the global server btw

Connectiin problem
Hello, Recently I've played your game but it has some kind of connection problem. It always say connecrion has been lost and I just play for couples of minutes in global server and it makes your game unplayable. I've tried using Wi-fi, my own mobile data but it always have a same result in the end. Please fix this connection issues

Show me what lies within - Chapter 3 - Come to me - Battle mission [1]
When I get to the end of the fight and it tranisitions to the cutscene and if I skip or just let it proceed as normal when the scene ends it just gets stuck with Elvira being stunned, any help or advice on how to get by this so I can continue to complete the event would be nice

Phone Samsung A07 keeps crashing after updating to Android 16 (One UI 8) [1]
Hi everyone, I need some help with my phone. I bought it last Saturday and it was working perfectly on Android 15. However, after downloading the 7.7 GB update to Android 16 (One UI 8), I ran into a major issue. As soon as the installation finished, the screen went black (though it still registered touch input). Now, every time I turn the phone on, it crashes just a few seconds after booting up. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Instant Kill in GW [3]
This is the second post I've written about this; the same bug has happened again, only this time Maid Chloe survived and I was able to take a screenshot. It starts at the beginning of the second GW match, and my team gets an instant kill, even though, as you can see in the image and the turn order, the opposing team didn't even have time to attack. Although, looking at the screenshot, it seems that the enemy's turn wasn't displayed. In any case, please look into this. I'm providing equipment for more information. Please fix this.

I did not recieve my awards in Arena
This is the second time that this is happened. Its mildly annoying as I just want the rewards for completing it... Please just allow me to level up or idk whats it called. I want my mystics and gems, pleasee. And this ******* wont allow me to send my screenshot or vid. Deadass. "file unsupported" the **** its not? I have 5067 points, let me go up, so I can win more without needing to worry if it registered or not.

Did not receive my sign in reward
I did not receive my mystic medal reward today.i have 47 before signing in today and when i received my mysitic medal sign in reward it did not add on my current. please check, i am a loyal player and playing for 5 years now i really want to get the mystic summon hero. please check my account if i did use it i'm sorry maybe i forgot.
