Doris' Specialty Change: Bugs in Dark Brooms farming
As of the latest update , Doris's specialty change requires defeating 250 dark brooms. If you clicked on the shortcut button , it would return " You cannot travel to this region yet" (I'm in episode 3 chap 5). However , dark brooms can be found through Great Farche Labyrinth: Dusty Maze, and I have cleared a sum of them. Yet , the count for the dark broom mission didn't go up. Perhaps defeating enemies in labyrinth doesn't count? Can anyone let me know if this is a bug or not?

Unable to verify [1]
On Mobile, on a Samsung S23, could not verify when trying to log in, tried clearing caches, resetting everything, still stuck on verifying then failed to update resources. It will start to give the option to download when on Mobile data, then crashes.

Rinak s2 Pilfer interaction [2]
Pilfer states that it is unaffected by Effect Resistance or accuracy, however it doesn't state that it bypasses Immunity like Lethe's S2 along with being unaffected by Effect Resistance. Bystander Hwayoung's S2 states that she is Immune to buffs and debuffs. Yet she got hit by Pilfer, is this intended by game design or did you forget to add bypassing Immunity onto the Pilfer debuff. If its intended would that mean addition to buffs and debuffs, this would be under a different category of status?

The guild war is a disaster [1]
I can't put into words how frustrated I am. I've been losing an attack for 4 consecutive guild wars because it stays on this screen and doesn't advance anymore : and when I close the game trying to reconnect I press confirm on the button to continue with the battle and it doesn't take me anywhere I simply lose the attack and that's 4 wars losing an attack and my internet connection is stable. Also today I tied an attack because before entering the next phase I received this message and it kicked me out of the battle, can you explain what happened? I'm so frustrated because I really appreciate the work you guys do, but man, this is definitely so sad. Please fix all these problems. I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one having them. It's impossible to play like this.

Can't Access the Bittersweet Dessert Festival [1]
I already bought the bittersweet dessert festival from special side stories for completing my Tamarinne connections quest that required me to "record complete" but now I am stuck here and cannot proceed with my Orbis Guide "path of heir 25' which required me to obtain Tamarinne from connections. Wherever i try to buy the special side stories it prompt me with "buy_substory_dlc.already_buy" and I also try to buy and complete another special side stories and sadly after i completing the other side stories, the Bittersweet Dessert Festival still prompt me with the same things "buy_substory_dlc.already_buy". I already submitted my inquiry a few days ago and still no response and this hinder my progress as new player, Please Help me with this Problem and fix it!

Unable to complete episode 4 Adin quests [1]
The chapter 1 quests require you to pray at a goddess statue twice in South Theranhad to unlock skill enhancements, but the rework sets only 1 stage per chapter to be re-playable. This stage does not have a goddess statue to pray at.

Element Alteration Materials Not Dropping in map 4-10 [5]
Hello Epic Seven Support Team, I'm currently trying to change the element of my Adin into the Light version, Savior Adin. According to the in-game information, the required material for this element change is "Traces of Brilliance", which is supposed to drop in Episode 4, Stage 4-10: That Which Never Changes. However, after spending more than 1000 Energy repeatedly farming this stage, I have not received even a single drop of "Traces of Brilliance". This makes it extremely difficult to progress with Adin’s element change, and I’m concerned that this might be a bug or an issue with the drop rate or loot table. Additionally, I also attempted to farm the material for the Water version of Adin — "Frozen Seed", which is said to drop in Stage 4-8: Regrets and Decisions — and similarly, I have not received any of that material either, after multiple attempts. It seems like the Element Alteration Materials are not dropping properly in these stages, which may be affecting multiple players. Plea

Unable to clear Episode 5 Chapter 8S A Greater Cause 1
Hi Team , I am unable to clear the mentioned stage after winning the battle ,I have tried both PC client and Mobile phone to play this stage. I did Three of Genesis Investigation Level 1 and 2 before attempting this stage ,not sure this is related . Screenshot attached . Thanks, Abhi
