Open latter to developer, It has been almost 8 years we need to move forward. [1]
We day 1 players are old now, what you should do is conclude the main Story already. you can't just make story the won't have any progress to the future. It's not thing wrong if you want to write and tell the back story such a rasberry pie or Diene side story, that's perfect. however you can't just keep write previous world over and over since they have no impact with main story at all, it's just thing that never happen, we are all know Diche reset everything and that's the meaning of Epic 7 we are really old, at least conclude the story, let in finish. if you want to write previous world whatever then do it later.

Evasion Calculation [5]
Anyone who knows how to specifically compute the evasion? From what i researched they just add all percentage then subtracts it from each other. So here's the case ASFlan(Fire element) +50% Eva (passive) (S2) +50% Eva if she has 1 or more focus (still S2) +15% Elemental Advantage Total Eva: 115% Zahhak( Wind element) +50% hit chance (S3) Resource Reduction -60% (Exclusive Equipment ) +20% hit chance (Symbol of unity artifact) Round starts ASFlan starts with 3 Focus but 1st Turn goes to Zahhak.. Does S3 and still misses.. Like how man? This takes so much salt out of me Before the S3 damage goes through all of ASFlan focus runs out due to Exclusive Equipment 115% - 50% = 65%(Exclusive Equipment) 65% - 50% = 15% (50% from S3 Hit chance) 15% - 20% = -5% (Symbol of Unity Artifact) That remaining -5%Eva on ASFlan should even be a guranteed hit for Zahhak S3 Anyone got the math down on this one? Because this is driving me nuts.

The annoying RNG when exchanging EEs [3]
As the title said, it's extremely annoying to have RNG when exchanging EEs, especially with EEs for ML heroes. The most recent ML5 EE is A Ravi's, with 6-12% Crit Chance RNG. I prepared a specific set of gears to get her to exact 72% Crit Chance, so when I get her to SSS imprint + her EE, she will have just enough 100% CC. Because in this bloody game, even 99.8% can make you scream sometimes. But guess what? There's RNG in literally everything in this game, so all you can do is pray to fking RNG god to get that 12% CC EE for your A.Ravi. I spent 400 HoT currency and RNG said "NO". You know how annoying it is when you simply cannot max out your characters just because of RNG? It's pretty disgusting.

Do not go through with the Apocalypse Ravi Changes. 11/20/25 [11]
Please do not go through with the 11/20 changes for Apocalypse Ravi. Her buffs are extremely backwards. Pen res + Pen buff and S3 full cooldown at only base power in exchange for heal timing and S3 increased damage per death + 14.2-30% crit chance and 27% ER is honestly really bad. I don't even know what this accomplishes for her. Elynav exists and you guys are refusing to do any nerfs whatsoever, so I really feel like doing these "changes" in a "balanced" way to where you both give buffs and nerfs to her doesn't work. The changes, if they were strictly only the buffs, without any of the nerfs, would still be underpowered with today's meta. These changes were extremely disappointing to see and I really hope you guys are listening to what we have to say before she's rated a 1 star unit. I ask that you update the balance post to not go through with the proposed A.Ravi changes and come back next time to think about it and give her an actual buff.

Saria's New Side Story was beautiful!
Just finished Saria's side story and not gonna lie, I almost teared up at the end when Iseria came back. I know we see it in Episode 1, but to see it from Saria's POV now was especially heartbreaking. I also see why Kiris becomes an assassin in that one mini-story in Episode 1 now. It's so cool to see these stories in different POVs so we can learn more about older characters. Most times I skip story and stuff, but occassionly E7 finds a story that makes me interested and pulls me in, this was another one of them. Cheers for another banger story, SG!

Apoc Nerfs [2]
I was really excited when I heard Apoc was getting a buff — she was my first ML5 and hasn’t been impactful in any content for a long time. But man, when I read the changes, I was pretty upset. To summarize the changes: they’re swapping out her built-in 30% crit chance for a good chunk of penetration resistance, her S3 is getting built-in penetration in place of its ramping damage bonus upon a unit’s death, her healing on hit is changing to activate after she takes damage rather than before, and her S3 will now reset on a teammate’s death. I’ll start with the positive — I think the S3 reset is a nice change. It has the potential to make her a real nuisance if she’s not focused down at the start of the fight. W, SG. As for the rest of it… it’s not looking great. First, let’s address the penetration resistance elephant in the room: Empyrean Ilynav. She’s a unit that’s drafted in damn near every slow match and is now a direct counter to Apoc. She gimps her S3 and deals Injury, which Apoc i

ML yulha the end of RTA? [2]
So will this be a max turn every match now? I have a feeling SG does not have any beta testers or devs themselfs that play the game. 60k grass is pretty much unkillable for example. Will this be a heal and ress meta till we get a counter? Are there any counters? any tips to fight her?

I dunno if it was already addressed, I get it that they have improved the hero window selection etc but why do we need it to be refreshed/resetted every single time I imprint a hero? What's the use of selection regrouping etc then? It's such a hassle to fix my hero inventory/rooster now

Moonlight summon ...
When I see how long it takes to get 20 Moonlight Summon [with almost no chance of getting a 5-star character] and the guaranteed summon gives you a "Cartuja Assassin", it's so infuriating... ... Just like getting an Eaton with "the rewards" after conquering the Abyss.

I was wondering where to post feedback ? [3]
So there is no feedback channel. Been playing the game for 2 months now and I love it. I will be playing for the next 13 years. I want to share my 35+ years of gaming experience in combination with the feedback that I have for this game. I think it would be very valuable for the devs. But I do not see a feedback channel. So my question, I read that the devs pay attention again to the voices of the community. But in what channels concerning feedback? Cheers ^^

So now I understood what went wrong with E7 after chapter 7 of Episode 3 [7]
Chaos zero nightmare took most resource from Epic 7, animator, writer, artist. E7 have been in " just day by day " state since 4 years ago. E7 new UI is pretty much same as CZN but holy hell, it's night and day. Why does E7 never really have new content ? well because Programer were busy working on CZN Why does E7 Ep3 ending was super rush and out of place , well it's because writer move to CZN. Why does alot of E7 character get left over. well because artist are working on CZN. Why does E7 anniversary was so meh.... all above Why does E7 never get animation or even 4 slot manga ... see CZN E7 is done.
