[GM] Apology and Compensation for Inconvenience Following the Update [36]

[GM] 8/27 (Thu) Additional Notice Regarding Connection Issues [47]

Hello, Heirs. This is Epic Seven. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize to all of our Heirs who have been waiting for the Epic Seven 8th Anniversary update for the significant inconvenience and disappointment caused by the extended maintenance and the connection issues that occurred following the maintenance. In preparation for the large number of Heirs we anticipated would log in following the 8th Anniversary update, we expanded our server capacity in advance and took precautionary measures. However, the number of connections within a short period of time exceeded our expectations, resulting in difficulties accessing and playing the game normally. We subsequently deployed additional servers on an emergency basis in an effort to resolve the connection issues. However, as the instability is still ongoing, we are continuing to carry out stabilization work to provide a stable service environment.
