Revamp Friendship Summons
Before, friendship summon banner has some use coz people can get doggos for enhancing units. But now, since the doggos are no longer in the game, friendship summon has no good use. At least put some 3-star units / artifacts there for now. Or you can add a special penguin that can boost units' friendship levels.
Please release the E7WC 2024 New Moon Luna & Fallen Cecilia PC wallpaper
Could you please upload the promotional artwork featuring New Moon Luna and Fallen Cecilia as a high resolution PC wallpaper? Please see the attachment. Individual images of each character would also be very appreciated. It's one of the most beautiful official art pieces yet and I could not find it anywhere (including the digital merchandise packs) even though it was prominently featured through E7WC and as an in-game login screen. I'd really appreciate it and I'm confident many others also would. I also would like to mention I appreciate how you regularly release high quality high resolution official artwork for viewing and download. I wish that one day you can release high quality video (not compressed like Youtube) with the heroes' skill and main story animated cutscenes, since they're consistently really beautiful and high quality and truly the game's main charm point, "play the animation".

I have a question, does old player tend to have lower rate for pulling ml characters? because i have spend so much resources and still haven't got a single ml 5 in a recent time. does "soft pity" not exist in this game? pretty exhausting to see the same ml cinematic in the past months. pls be considerate to older player and let us try out a new character...thx
Boosted drop rate for unobtained ML5s [3]
The last few ML5s I’ve gotten have been duplicates. There’s still a huge pool of unobtained ML5s that my account needs so it feels super bad pulling yet another dupe ML5 that doesn’t help my account whatsoever. (i.e., Already SSS the unit from RGB dupes; doesn’t give me enough coins to hit Galaxy Coin shop threshold; etc) It feels really bad getting lucky enough to see the shiny purple summon animation only to get another dupe. To make matters worse, I would’ve played and grinded all day to gear and have fun with a new ML, instead, I just immediately logged off. I suggest boosted summon rates for the MLs you don’t already have as an easy way to mitigate this. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy, rate wise, but something to give players a better shot at getting a hero they don’t already have. Just a quick suggestion I think would help us loyal players a bit.
Hero's Path for existing players
Why do we have to do missions for things we've already completed multiple times over as an existing player? Why do I need to awaken 8 more characters to 6 stars all over again? Am I expected to just burn material on trash units or wait multiple months for 8 new useful units I can level? Hero's path is more tedious than fun with it being 3 parts of 70 missions each.
No hope for Rhythm Game [500,000 points]
For me, some achievement of this Side Story is terrible. Smilegate, if you think about your players or your customers who only play on mobile phones, you will not make a game like this. From now on, I will not support you anymore until you solve your problem. "That's not fun for me."
Where i can update the latest version of Epic Seven?
Can i know where to download the lastest patch of this game? I want to download the version 1.0.786 to get some good rewards from 6th Ezeran Foundation Day event. I don't know if my phone (Samsung Galaxy A10 5G) still compatible with this game anymore. Epic Seven doesn't exist in my country (Vietnam) btw. I need someone help, i still want to play this game.😔😔😔
About Camilla buff in previous balance patch. [2]
After use Camilla in Ancient Inheritance Season 10. She easy sweep by boss, because she lost her "skill nullifier once". She is 3star hero. she has low status compare to 5star. And in Ancient Inheritance, gear different of player is not count. ( i use her in team that have knight to share damage. ) So, please bring "skill nullifier once" to her.
Trick-room style Artifact
There should be a universal artifact that only applies to one hero on the team. At the start of the battle and then on the casters turn every 5 turns reverses the effect speed has on combat readiness, high speed = low speed and vice-versa. I'm unsure how the math would work for this but Pokémon uses trick room and it seems to work well It would shake things up to have more artifacts that have game changing effects. Another was an artifact that can prevent all buffs and de-buffs from occurring for 4 turns each hero in combat counts as a turn his artifact would be soul weaver/knight exclusive. And would only apply to one hero Highlighted in Red are the things that I’m unsure would be viable since I can’t test it
Skill mechanic/description change for Roana and aTywin
It has been noted, that skill 2 for aTywin and Roana functions differently, while has similarity in description in English version: - aTywin DOES cleanses a debuff for allies upon taking a lethal damage - Roana DOES NOT heal and provide CR boost for the team upon taking a lethal damage from an extra attack I suggest that either description or how skill works should be changed accordingly, unless I am missing a crucial understanding of the particular game mechanic.
Guild Emblems
Hello, Can we have an option to not use any Emblem if you have a Frame? The frames provided are nice and intricate, but the emblems are so big and flat that they cover up and take away from the Guild Frame. It's difficult to find combinations that look remotely appealing. For example, with the latest Guild War Emblems, you have a book with a hexagram in the middle. Every Emblem aside from the vampire teeth/jaws looking one covers up the hexagram and block out details from the Frame itself. We either need more customization options for the Guild Emblem or an option to not display one so we can only have the frame. Best, OppaiNoKami
Low Members as a Guild War Strategy
Should not be encouraged or viable especially in top100. The bonuses for deploying less people should be revised. A guild that has 21 people has a stronghold that requires 21 perfect attacks to be taken down while having significantly less small towers for points and attack dispersal. It requires way too much coordination and communication to work around the hp bonuses compared to the smaller guild that requires no added communication at all and instead gets protected by the system. Intentionally keeping less players in a guild should be detrimental to overall success. The focus should be for all guilds to want to be full for all aspects of the game.
Arena Ranking [1]
Adding to the “Please reset Arena points” train. 7000 points while still being in Champion is kinda ridiculous. I DO like the Arena changes. It’s great that you don’t have to spend Conquest Points on the future gear pieces and slate, and you’re getting additional Skystones from ANY match in Arena when it was previously just NPCs. But it’s very disheartening and misleading to have the game list 7000 as the standard for Legend Rank when in reality you still never left Champion. Wishing you the best! P.S. For further context, my overall rank is not in the 3000s. I’m in the 4000s.
