Unable to Join Guild War
Hello, I am the guild leader for Marianas (Global server). We have also had this issue where we could not join the GW scheduled for June 11, 11:00PM EST (4:00 UTC June 12) 2026. How can I ensure our guild members are compensated? Thank you.

We can't join the guild war a second time in this season!
Fix your damn game! My guild ( TH Truemilk) can't join the guild war second time in the season. All defensive towers remain in their usual positions, and the members are the same. What wrong with this game? Our guild's resource interests are being severely impacted. Edit: My guild encountered this problem on June 10th, and at the time everyone in the guild thought the problem was our fault, but now I see many other guilds are experiencing similar issues.

FAILED TO JOIN GUILD WAR BS [3]
FIX YOUR GAME. GUILD WARS IS ONE OF THE MOST CRITICAL PILLARS OF THE GAME. THIS IS TWICE NOW WITHIN 2 WEEKS THAT WE FAILED TO JOIN, DESPITE EVERYONE IN CORE SPOTS BEING ASSIGNED, AND DEFENSES UP TO DATE. THE ONLY PERSON THAT WASN'T THIS TIME, WAS 13/38 WHO LOGGED IN AND UPDATED ON TIME, AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN IN A CORE SPOT, BUT A TENT. AND NO, IT'S NOT JUST US, IT'S BEEN HAPPENING TO TONS OF GUILDS AND YOU ALL HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESOLVE IT BUT SEND EVERYONE THE SAME BLAND AI GENERATED RESPONSE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. *Edit* EDIT TO SAY THAT NO MEMBERS HAVE QUIT OR JOINED OR CHANGED IN WEEKS. Audabe Ludwig's soul gain
Soul acquisition bonus from "Dawn" buff is not applying to Flan's "Unseen Observer" artifact effect. It doesn't seem intended. Beehoo's "Sphere of Inferno" effect is affected by the bonus; souls after Ludwig's S1's aoe extra attack are gained before the additional damage, increasing it's damage.

New Exclusive Equipment for Slime collab heroes w/ identical function
Much like how new identical artifacts were released to make up for a lack of collab reruns, I think generic versions of their EEs in the Steel Workshop would be nice. I believe this only affects two heroes. A rerun would also be nice, of course.

we are in Teneverse, she ruled. I think people will feel like i'm salty but no, this is actually very good plot twist and I'm very impressed. I feel like Day of Piecing cold story was kinda weird but right now it's make sense. and that's explained every thing about Epic 7 world and lore. Ras who?

Consider firing your entire development and balancement team, you all are incompetents that fail to keep your promises, incompetents. All that talk for nothing. Is this the competitive game that want to be an esport? No balls to nerf. Can't keep your promises. Promise to curb the powercreep and boom look at that abomination of effect on the newest character, it's gonna be a giant snowball onwards. Fire your entire team, apologize again, you failed.

Failed to Join GW when all assigned, and people checked in [3]
I created a reddit thread on this but also wanted to post in stove: https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/1u21596/another_failed_to_join_guild_war_issue_this_time/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button We failed to join this war but we had people assigned and I was the last one to update my def. I had went in and changed out units and hit update. Then went to hero screen and reverted my gear. I can see in the log that it updated my defense and I know that captain and vice had checked the GW screen within the last hour leading up to the war. This was also confirmed with PotatoFarm and Kataclysm who also had this issue today. The response from support does not match the issue we are seeing and our guild(OnlyDucks) and others are being punished for a bug.
