  Probably because Alphabet (Google) is an american company. And they just started offering the reward points.
  Though the program apparently launched in sep. 2018 in japan and april 2019 in Korea, so I don't know.

Don't feel left out. Google Play is a subscription with a monthly fee. Chances are you would pay more in a month than you wou!d get in deals.

  Uhm, google play is the google App store. No fees. The points are a reward system.
  
  Google Play Pass is the subscription service.

Offffcoursee its only for us!meanwhile i get notifications and rewards for pabg and other st....d games i never play!always eu gets bad treatment sadly.games that supposed to be 'global' lets eu out and now this.....noice!
