Why does every piece roll Effectiveness??!?!
Every single drop I get and every piece I craft rolls effectiveness, its like the dev's know its the least desired stat so they increase the chance for effectiveness sets to drop. I don't think its funny anymore and i'm getting pretty fed up with this game doing this...
Lawl the most undesirable stat is eff resistance.. eff is needed by almost every hero. You'll have to worship Rngesus to get godlike stats. And no, you are not the only one - everyone is under the influence of the Illuminati who are obviously behind the evil scheme to give us all effectiveness rolls.
You say that your subjective opinion is superior without elaborating (Giving an example by saying a hero's name is no example, mind you), clearly you never heard of not talking out of your ass.
If you think eff res is not the most undesireable stat just because of Corvus, clearly you are playing this game wrong, in my honest opinion.
Well, when you pick up gear that has a base roll of 4% attack, 3% crit, or even level 85 gear with speed sub of only 1 (sadly ive seen this on an epic gear before), your effectiveness% sub is going to stand out pretty heavily. Try rolling gear with at least 75% of its maximum-possible-base sub roll instead. And make sure they're all either% stats or speed. Yes i know its hard to find .. but oddly max base sub roll seems to yield better bonus rolls on that same sub. Example below with a base sub roll of 9% effectiveness, and a bonus roll of 9% effectiveness: (Yes ... I know its an effectiveness% sub and roll ... but it will stand out regardless just because its so high in comparison. And yes i have other equips with 30%+ crit damage subs, and 24%+ HP% Atk% and Def% subs but i was using this as a prime example of when other subs pale in comparison, value wise, the one that gets rolled stands out like a sore thumb especially when you wanted to cherry pick some other sub on the equipment.
