Celestial Cards don't activate with Nine's exaust Hew/Cards [1]
Recently gotten Khalipe and was working on a deck for her focusion on Vulture Ejection, it always worked on chaos and every kind of content, but as of late, whenever I activate Nine's cards the celestial effect on Khalipe's don't trigger AT ALL, and it's been only happening with Exaust cards (?) aparently, when i use another units 2-cost (ex. Khalipe's or Tiphera's) the celestial cards activate as normal, please fix!

If it's not triggering on activation of Nine's purple card, Celestial only seems to activate on manual use of a card that costs 2 or more AP (even if no AP is used). That seems to be intentional, as using Nia's and Rita's cards to play higher-costed cards also does not trigger Celestial. Do you know if Vulture Ejection still fails to go off when using Hew manually?
