Option to turn on/off blood, gore when defeat enemy

I love the gameplay, character, art, music and the atmosphere of the game.

The only problem is due to religious, and personal reason, I can't play games where it involves killing and making my enemies explode in blood and what not

Especially if the enemy is human, terrorist or not. Making them splatter as blood leave a bad taste in my mouth. Is there a way to add the options to turn on and off blood and gore by simply cut the animation of enemy defeat short (before the enemy explodes into bits)?
