Gift For a Rei Where can I get it?

I don't have a rabbit gift for the quest. Where can I get it? It is not in the inventory, it is impossible to buy it somewhere, how to get it? If I accidentally gave it to someone, why not make it an accessible gift, only for a certain person? Any idea where to get it?
