Sereniel dupes should be purchasable at all times if you own the character. [2]
If you already own a limit character the dupes should be purchasable from the shop permanently.

While I do agree, the point of a seasonal character is to create FOMO and force you to spend money if you want the character and their dupes. I’ve personally just been using my Omega Code’s to Ego her since I can get dupes of everyone else whenever.
