+30% Damage Amount of 1-cost or higher Attack Cards

Haisai, I'm back. I really didn't need to do all of this because it's pretty obvious this is a localization issue because the patch notes literally say +30% Damage Amount of 1-Cost or lower Attack Cards and then you get into the game and it's the same issue as the 18 cards or less refinement.

Just showing the math I did when I went in and tested this effect to confirm I'm not crazy about the refinement being different from the patch notes. Not sure how this slipped by them, but it's not the only instance this patch of a refinement being described differently from the patch notes.

Solution: Just change the description to how it was written in the patch notes. 1-Cost or lower.

I'm sure most of us already know or noticed this, but there are players who aren't always keeping up with the latest patch notes, livestream, or on the forums so hopefully they fix this so it prevents confusion and wasted Chaos runs for casual players.
