Following the previous notice on 02/12 (Thu) regarding the issue with Alcea’s skill,
the recall process for Alcea  has been completed during the 02/25 (Wed) maintenance.
 
◈ Details
- Signal Amplification Anchors used for Partner Rate-Up Rescue during the eligible period have been refunded
- Growth materials used to enhance Alcea have been refunded
- Pity counts used for [Amplified Distress Signal: Alcea] have been restored 
- If Alcea was purchased from the Shop, the currency spent and purchase count have been restored
- ★5 Alcea obtained during the eligible period has been retrieved
- Any Moment of the Radiant Hero items obtained through Partner Rate-Up Rescue during the eligible period has been retrieved
 
◈ Distribution Method
- Refunds: Distributed via mailbox
- Retrieved items: Adjusted in Protos’ Storage
